Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at contact@atmorus.com.

Shipping

The return address may vary depending on the supplier of the ordered product. Please contact us before returning your item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
