Why is my rug not identical to the photos on the website?
The images of our rugs are for illustrative purposes only. There may also be slight color differences due to the viewing angle, light or the screen of the device used to view our site.
Additionally, if you notice slight variations from the advertised size, this may be related to the manual measurement of the rugs.
Finally, depending on the size of your rug, we may be forced to fold it before shipping. However, don't worry: you can enjoy your rug without moderation, the creases will disappear over time.
